How to use them
Stick one strip across the bridge of a clean, dry nose at bedtime. In the morning, loosen with warm water and peel gently. One strip per night; not for broken or sore skin.
Is it safe for children?
Drug-free and worn on the outside of the nose, for ages 5+ with adult supervision. A comfort product, not a medical device - if your child snores loudly most nights or struggles to breathe, speak to your GP.
